This server at the University of Erlangen, Germany, presents a vast collection of dermatologic images accessable by
different ways.
You can either pick the images directly from a list of diagnoses
(which uses not only one name for each disease but usually several synomymas),
or you can use a sophisticated query-form to find information in the
database.
Images can be looked for by diagnosis, location, age or sex of the patient
and a combination of those fields.
A good description of functions prevents the user from getting confused.
All images are linked to an ID which enables users to load them directly
later on, if desired.
If you use an external viewer you can apply a gamma correction to the images
so that the images are displayed in the best colours possible.
The efforts to create this project achieved an impressive result. This
server is a must for everybody interested in dermatology.
